Booking conditions

The fee for each delegate will include one place at the conference, refreshments, lunches and documentation. The fee does not include travel to or from the conference venue or any accommodation costs incurred.

Please note that the delegate fee of £75 + VAT is non-refundable, unless you cancel your place in writing by email to Susan Briggs by 24th June. Should you no longer be able to attend the event, you can transfer your place to another colleague - please notify us at least one week before the event if you wish to do this.

In exceptional circumstances it may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of The Tourism Network Ltd or VisitBritain to alter the content, venue, or the date and timing of the conference. All participants will be notified in advance of such changes. Some aspects of the programme may be subject to change.

Conference participants are responsible for taking appropriate insuranc cover in connection with their attendance at the conference. To the full extent permitted by law, the conference organisers and hosts, shall not be liable for any kind of loss or damage to personal property or delegates.
